Ordering was easy, honored my discount code, even though it was expired by a couple of days, by the time I got to my emails. Shipping was quick and free.
The product appears to be very good quality, and fit my current central system perfectly, even though I am going from air driven to a power brush unit.
I am a very satisfied customer, and will buy from MD again, when I need anything concerning my central vac system.
people went over and above to help
Placed my order by phone because I wasn't positive I was ordering the correct parts, the lady I spoke with was very helpful in making sure I ordered the correct parts. Thanks!
Your customer service lady quickly found the motors I needed for my 25-year-old central vac from my sketchy description and one number. She also suggested new gaskets, which I didn't realize I needed but really did when I did the replacement. She even sent me an electrical schematic, which was very useful because a wire had come loose from the relay before I could tag it during disassembly. The motors arrived a day early and the repair job went flawlessly.
I use MD for all my central vac needs. I can find everything I need on this site I've bought new motors, bags and excesseries
They ( she) was terrific !!!
The lady that helped me was outstandingly good
Their customer service could not have been better. Nice real live person answered the phone, told me the hose and cover I needed and sent it out right away. All streamlined and efficient.
Dominque Dominguez was awesome in helping me return an item.
Everything went like you stated. Product received in a timely manor and it good shape. Works just fine. THANK YOU !!!!!

After vacuuming, my wife pulled the hose out of the Electrolux central vacuum wall socket, but the motor in the basement kept running. She had to disconnect the plug from the wall outlet so the unit would stop running. When arriving home and encountering the problem, I went on-line and found the MD Central Vacuum Service Solutions flowchart. Walking through it, I ended up at #9. I started out by removing the central vacuum wall outlet in question and disconnected the auxiliary leads. I then went in the basement and plugged the unit back in the wall. The unit started up again. I unplugged the unit. I then looked at B), ?Short in relay ? very rare?. I had heard that relays do stick on occasion. So, with the unit unplugged, I removed the top cover of the unit and looked inside. There were 3 square-like items attached to the inside wall of the unit not attached to the motor. Knowing very little about electronics, I tapped the 3 items gently with the butt end of a screwdriver. Inserted the plug in the outlet. The motor did not start! Reconnected and replaced the wall outlet, plugged the hose in. The unit started like normal. Maybe a ?C? should be added to the flowchart items under #9? But the flowchart helped a lot.
I was sent the incorrect part, I'm currently working with (Customer Service) to get this resolved. She has been very helpful.
Your customer service department is amazing. I had a problem when I ordered a new agitator brush and I received an immediate response with a solution. Awesome!
Ordered items arrived sooner than anticipated and were just as described. I would use this vendor again.
Great customer service. Answered all of my questions, made appropriate options, delivered a great product in a timely manner. This is my second product. I think I'll stick with you.
Sales person knew exactly what I needed for my 50-60 year old built in vacuum and the price was as expected. Thank you
