Harry Woods with M&S Distributors, Inc. did a wonderful job of explaining central vacuum systems and how they work since this is our first cetnral vacuum. The installation process went very well and they did a great job of making sure everything was working right and I was knowledgable about using all the tools. Wonderful customer service!
