Stealth carpet unit is great but the plastic wand for the floor attachment does not always stay connected. (MD NOTES: Please push the plastic wand up past the metal button lock and it will stay on perfectly.)

Love the stealth. Switched to a pigtail option which was adaptable to my old system, I just added electric power to the unit. What a difference. Made my old rug look amazing. You can see a noticeable difference with first time use. Very quiet as well.

After using the Stealth for about a month, my wife and I are very happy with the amount of dirt the Stealth is picking up compared to our last electric vacuum head (Eureka Sweep and Groom II). The carpets have been revitalized and look and feel as if several years have been added to thier life. The Stealth appears to be well built, balanced, lighter and also much quieter then our previous vacuum head. All in all no negative comments up to this point, although it is much pricier than other models, it appears in this instance, the Stealth was worth the extra money. The only concern I have is that it is built in Italy, which in general, is not normally known for relability of the products manufactured there.

I ordered the entire stealth system and was very pleased with the way it looks and the quality of the system. Oh yea, it works great!! I hadn't realized how worn out my old system was until I used this one. The customer service was just what it should be: very helpful, customer oriented and not aggressive. I even received a follow up email a few weeks after my purchase asking if I was having any problems or if there was anything they could help me with. Very professional!

We really like the vacuum. It is doing a much better job of cleaning that our 11 year old Beam vacuum.
I did run into one problem - I was using the handle / wand for vacuuming a tile floor and the wand -- tube -- handle came a part in a joint -- I glued it back together.

Love the Kit. It's our 2nd one since we've had a central vac.

I like everything with the exception of the wand for hard floors. There is no locking button, the wand falls off the handle if not pushed in hard. (MD IS CURRENTLY WORKING ON A NEW WAND FOR THIS PRODUCT. IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH THIS ONE PLEASE CONTACT US.)

Love my new Stealth Attachment Kit. Never had so much power and so much quieter than the old one. I chose the narrower head and find I can get into places I couldn't before. Less moving furniture. The wand attachment reaches to the peak of our cathedral ceiling in the kitchen. Couldn't be happier. Thank you so much. Marsha Sessions

I received the Stealth Attachment Kit and truely love it. The floors look and feel much cleaner than they did with my previous unit. I am disappointed however in the (secondary) expandable attachment handle in that it does not connect to the hose properly and keeps falling off. With the quality of the Stealth unit I would have hoped that could have been corrected.

I am a vacuum collector. I'm 14 years old and I have used pretty much all vacuums out there from portable to water filtration to cyclonic. I have a older MD system in my parents home and I recently purchased the Stealth attachment kit after hearing from many people that it is the best attachment kit on the market and boy were they right! I have low pile medium and high pile throughout our whole house. Add in hardwoods and you have to have something that can handle all pile heights. And the Stealth does all of them with the ease and thoroughness that is unsurpassed. I have frieze in my bedroom and it was pulling so much junk and even a few coins out that I didn't even know were in there! It grabbed a pen and i heard it shut off I flipped it over pulled it out and turned it right back on and kept going. It is the ultimate accessory kit for any central vacuum. The attachments are top notch and I didn't even begin to tell you how great the customer service is. It arrived quickly and it was packed excellent. I will definitely tell everybody who has a central vacuum that they have to buy a Stealth as it is Simply the Best!

Not as easy to connect & disconnect, especially at end near powerhead because coed is in the way. Original was wired differently. Otherwise it is great.

While stealth rotating head does a good job cleaning carpet it feels awkward on hard wood floors, but it does seem to work. One thing I don't like is the head does not disengage from the wand so you can't clean in the corners and around moldings, head does come off, but the cord does not it would be nice if there was a quick electrical connector. Hose seems to be good so far it does rotate at the handle so it untangles easily, it also has a 3 way switch (vac, off, vac and power). As far as accessories the plastic wand that comes with it is friction fit and it comes off too easy making it very frustrating to use. MD recommended to put in more, but my wife has difficult time with that. I will be looking for a different metal wand with a hole on top so it stay on. If there is an option to buy just the stealth and the hose with out attachment consider that. (MD NOTES: We will contact this customer and provide a metal secondary wand #406TB. The Stealth head should stay in the wands. The second set of wands and included floor brush should be used for the hard floors, not the Stealth. This way you clean better and do not have to disconnect cords or bend over. Disconnect the Stealth wand at the hose handle and simply attach the secondary wands with the floor brush already attached. You'll have a set up for the carpet and a set up for the hard floors.)

When we moved into our home 3 years ago, the house had a built in vacuum system and included a TurboCat brush head. We have 3 long haired dogs and the TurboCat was continually clogging with dog hair. Every time I vacuumed I needed to take it apart and clean it out. I purchased a TurboCat Zoom and found that the dog hair was even harder on it; it quit working in less than a year. This is not happening with the Stealth. It picks up the dog hair 100% better than the TurboCats and has yet to clog. Even the brush stays relatively hair free. My carpets look much cleaner and I'm spending less time vacuuming. I wish I had heard about the Stealth/electric kits sooner.

VERY impressed with the Stealth! Bought to replace a dead Beam and I think the quality of the Stealth is superior to the original manufacturer---Beam! Especially like the ease of changing the length of the wand. My mother and I use the vacuum and she is much shorter than I, so quick to increase the wand length for me! The large head with notched side helps make short work of my over 4000sf home. Very happy with my purchase and the fast service of MD! Great product, great company! Thanks! Dejah G

The attachment kit is a bit bulky. We don't use the hardwood floors attachment because it is too big a head....it doesn't fit under some of our lower areas. The stealth carpet agitator unit is a nice upgrade from the old one. The connection into to attachments at hose end is a bit bulky. The new hose doesn't seem like it kinks as easy as the old one, maybe because it's new.

Stealth power unit is totally unusable for thick carpet as it is difficult to move and often stops motor. Did not know about the problem till I got the unit and tried. Made the modifications that was recommended for thick carpet but it did not work. Don't know what to do because the recommended mods required cutting a tab in the motor and now it is not returnable. Very disappointed and now stuck with an unusuable power unit. (MD NOTES: The Ace is better for "abnormally" tall or thick carpets. It adjusts the highest of all vacuum heads. We will exchange this customer's Stealth head for the Ace and provide wands.)
