One way we achieve this family-friendly environment is our unconventional work-week schedule of ten-hour days, four days a week. This schedule provides our employees with extended weekend time at home with family and friends. In addition, the company remains sensitive to the personal needs and concerns of our employees. Each member of our staff is expected to treat others with respect and honor consistent with professional behavior.
Loyalty is a hallmark of MD Manufacturing. For example, when MD moved 100 miles from LA to Bakersfield in 1988, all of its employees remained with the company. The current staff of MD Manufacturing includes many employees who have over 20 years of history with the company. Likewise, partnership with many of our vendors have flourished for over 35 years providing a stable flow of quality goods, and many of our original dealers from the 1960s still represent our products today.
