Second time I have dealt with MD. Both times good experiences. Had to find parts for old models and they had them both times. Knowledgeable phone representative made the interaction with the company quick and easy and assured me that I had actually ordered correctly.

We are not pleased with the power cat. It does not pickup wht our old one did.

I can't say enough about how great this company is to work with. Their customer service is second to none, and have always helped me with anything I've ever needed to make repairs or purchase new items for my central vac. When I need a new unit I'll definitely be buying an MD unit!

Very impressed with the logical approach to problem-solving and the clarity of guide-notes. I had a bee hive cause the ceiling of our plant room collapse directly over the top of the VL300 vacuum unit last night - lots of honeycomb and honey (but no bees!), so I expect our vacuum is continuously running due to a short. Soon to find out for sure. Sweet!

I had to put a turn of duct tape around the tube that goes into the pipe in the wall to make it fit sung.

I am absolutely satisfied with not only the purchase of the ACE built in replacement power brush to get my 20 year old Hayden vacuum working again, but the PROFESSIONAL HONEST STAFF at MD. Wow !!! Third time I have used this company, all have been with perfect results....It is hard for anyone seeing this review to not think I am related. Just a very happy customer for life!!! Thanks to all.

I mistakenly ordered the incorrect hose and the customer service department was terrific. They send me a return authorization label via email and the minute I dropped it a UPS and it was trackable, the customer service agent immediately sent me out the correct hose.

Customer service doesn't get any better than that. Will continue to use MD Central Vac as my only central vac vendor.

The product that you sent us was fine but unfortunately we discovered that the damage to our 33 year old unit was far more extensive and going to be much more expensive than we anticipated. We returned the package (both products) via UPS Ground over the weekend. My wife and I are both in our late seventies and the cost was going to be a problem for us at this point. We have purchased supplies from you previously and were always been pleased with the products, service and reliability of everything. Don't get me wrong there was nothing wrong with your product ... it worked fine but exposed more problems with the rest of the unit. The Customer Service Representatives were outstand in their support for us. You have a great organization and support your customers very well. We will always highly recommend your company and your staff.

The customer service department was very patient and informative with all my inquiries in determining the best equipment for my household needs. Once I received the ordered items they also helped me trouble shoot a problem we were having which was determined to be a motor issue to our 23 year old unit. Once the motor(s) were replaced everything works great and we're enjoying the benefit of the new equipment.

I ordered a replacement plate for the wall. I thought the written instructions weren't great but the online video was. I had to remove the wires from the plate that came from MD and snap in a piece from the old plate; then it looked just like the one I was removing. It came with a large bag of mainly plastic materials and I'm not sure what those were for.

I've had a central vac for many years and don't order that often but it is great to have MD when I need something. Several years ago, I had a Stealth hose and power head that quit because of a short at the top of the hose. I took it to a central vac store in Chandler, AZ to get it repaired and they said that it was no good and I'd just as well trash it even though I'd taken good care of it. I bought an Electrolux hose/power head/ accessories to replace it and they work great. Hating to just throw away the Stealth accessories, I found the MD website and ordered in a couple of replacement parts for the Stealth hose (just to see if I could fix it) and was able to fix it and it still works fantastic after all these years. Now I have accessories for both upstairs and downstairs without having to drag them up and down the stairs. I'm not a mechanical person by any means and was glad I was able to fix the Stealth hose with the help of MD as well as installing the plate. I highly recommend MD.
