To remove your VacPan from the wall or toe-kick, unscrew it and slowly pull it out. Some VacPans are installed with flexible hose. For those that will not slide out, they are installed with all PVC pipe. You'll have to open up the cupboard doors above it and see if the installer cut our the floor of the cupboard. If you can get access then there should be one fitting that is not glued that enables you to slide it off so the VacPan and we worked on. There is a third way some VacPan units can be accessed depending on how they were installed. That would be from below in a basement. Look for central vacuum pipe below the area where the toe kick vacuum would be and figure out how the installer / builder intended you to get to it. You may have to use a drywall saw to cut a hole to access the area.
