Dust Care DCC1 Maintenance

We just bought a house which has a Dust Care DCC1 central vacuum installed and working. However, the previous owners did not leave an owners manual for this vacuum. Is it possible to download a owners manual online? Where?

Answer:
We are another manufacturer that sells compatible accessories for Dust Care, so we don't know where to find an owner's manu. The system is actually not difficult to understand or maintain. The manual would have only been for the main tank since any brand/model hose and vacuum can be used with it. The tank's only maintenance is the filter. Replacement Belt

I am trying to find a replacement belt for my Dust care Central vacuum system DCC3000C, turbine powerhead P/N 7160.7161 and 7210. The manual shows a blet part number as 7227 but I cannot find it online. Ann Manning Apison, Tn

Answer:
We offer a large selection of belts that will fit almost any carpet brush. With so many carpet brushes produced over the decades, we don't have complete cross reference for all models. Take a look at our belts offered and compare the dimensions to your current belt for a match at http://builtinvacuum.com/parts/belts.html

Replacement Brush Roller

We have a central vac system and the store we bought it from changed hands and the new owner is not much help. We have a House-hold Power Nozzle Model: DS-DDS370-00 production date: 0707 Dust Care division of BVC Smyrna, GA STD. No. 1017 Certified to CSA STD. Cee.2 NO.243-01. Anyway the roller brush broke and we need a new one - can you help us? Festus, Missouri

Answer:
We only stock a couple of brush rollers. Take a look at what we have to see if any match yours. http://builtinvacuum.com/retail/shopretail.php?part_no=46514,469e10,48035,49031
