Does Hair Stay on Brush?

Do you have to continually clean the red surface that picks up the fur? I have a regular lint brush that looks like the underside of this piece and that's what I have to do...if the fur is stuck to the red area how does the vacuum suck it off?

Answer:
Hi, the hair does get stuck to it and some hair will always be on it. We suggest vacuuming the bottom of it with the suction hose to get the loose hair off. If you want to upgrade, use the rotating brush here https://builtinvacuum.com/rugrat/index.html.

Use on Carpet?

My lint brush keep coming off the hose end. Is there a way to ensure that it does not keep falling off? Also, I have tried using it on the carpet and it is very difficult to use, it doesn't seem to slide easily. Is this typical of this piece?

Answer:
Hi, this is not the best for carpet but rather a rotating beater brush in any of our Electric Kits (www.builtinvacuum.com/electricpowered.html). Use this Lint Brush for furniture, drapes, and clothes. If it is falling off the end too easily you may want to get new plastic or metal wands here: https://builtinvacuum.com/retail/shopretail.php?part_no=406,406P
