PowerKing SR-40 Troubleshooting

I have a PowerKing model SR-40 with serial E12600502 02/02. I don't see listed a replacement motor for it on your site. I need to trouble shoot the unit more as I have poor suction and need to eliminate to possibility of other causes beside the motor. It also has a cloth filter and I need to know the parts to order to alter it for disposable paper filters. Thank you!

Answer:
Unfortuntaley, we do not have any information on that particular part number. However, if you pull out the motor, there should be a 6-digit number listed on it. This will tell you what motor you need. As far as troubleshooting for more issues, we have a great troubleshooting guide you can use to help you figure out what else is wrong with your PowerKing central vac.
