Here are policies we have ran our business by and adhere to.
Damaged or incorrect product:
For online retail sales we guarantee all products to arrive as ordered and undamaged. Your package is insured for the value of its contents. If a product is not the same as advertised or is or damaged, MD will pick up the product
at MD's expense from the customer through a freight carrier. The customer must initiate a product return under a Return Authorization number by calling 661-283-7550 or sending an online form
Return Authorization Form.
Issuing new product:
If product is needed immediately, a complete new order must be placed by the customer. A refund will take place when the damaged product is received back at MD and processed.
For less rushed needs, new product will be sent when the original product is received back at MD and processed.
If ordered products are missing upon delivery of order the customer must contact MD immediately by calling 1-800-997-2278. Replacement product will be sent upon verification.
If a package is refused, the customer will receive a refund after the deduction of both the initial and return shipping and applicable international entrance/brokerage fees. A 20% restocking fee may be applied.
Return, Repair, or Exchange Process
Product must be returned under a Return Authorization number by calling 661-283-7550 or sending an online Return Authorization Form.
Carefully repackage the item(s) in the original packaging or use a box and packing material that will prevent damage.
Clearly address the package to our returns facility and include the RMA number on the outside of the box near the address labeling.
Tender the package to the carrier of your choice. You may wish to insure the package for the full value with your chosen carrier. Your package will be processed
typically within 7-10 days of receipt.
Note: All return shipping charges must be prepaid and are non-refundable. On a case by case basis, we will issue a credit for reasonable and customary freight charges if the returned item is defective
