Yes, everything arrived alive and in a timely fashion. The vacuum pipe we ordered was shipped by taping all the ends together and when we pulled off the tape it left a lot of sticky glue that had to be scraped off and that was time consuming. There has to be a better way! Maybe put some paper on the pipe before taping. (MD NOTES: Thanks for the tip, we will look into a better way of protecting the 80ft bundles of pipe.)
