I would think this tool was a 4 or 5 star if I didn't have the Rug Rat 1st. When I had the MD central vac installed it came with the Rug Rat, it was awesome and extremely powerful. You couldn't bog it down if you tried. After 4 years of extensive use it finally wore out. When I ordered the Mini Hand turbine I figured I'd save $10.00 and it would be about the same? Not so, I found it is not as powerful, easy to bog down if you use presser but under normal use it's ok. I will be buying another Rug Rat and using the mini turbine for back up. I would suggest if anyone is considering this product that they check out the rug rat, pay the extra $10, it's worth it.

Just ok..not great for carpets. Very good for furniture
It works about as expected for the price. Not thrilled; not disappointed.
its ok thats about it
Not as powerful as my last hand held but work's ok. Stop's turning when used.Have to keep lifting it off to get it spinning again. (MD NOTES: Air driven tools depend on suction for power. Weaker vacuums will have a slower speed, yet still be very effective.)
Does not fit on the hose tightly.
This accessory is in no way going to compare to an electric-powered head, but it will do a better job on smaller surfaces that just a brush attachment, and is very handy for car interiors. It's not really up to heavy-duty use, as pressing down hard will slow it down and anything but smallish pieces of hard debris may jam the turbine wheel inside. If there is a lot of hair or small chips to start with, it pays to give them a quick preliminary once-over with a brush or open wand. But for getting at that annoying stuff that seems to take forever to try to lift out with a hand brush, this does the trick. Hair and thread will wraps around the beater brush the same as with it's larger bretheren, but can be minimized by not asking it to do more than it was designed for. LOUD. Very easy to flip open and clean, which is a huge plus.
